Big Picture Learning staff refer to themselves as activists. That's because we authentically believe in our collective power to activate - youth, educators, our team and ourselves.

We are seeking folks to join our team to fill any number of roles, but what all existing and potential BPL team members have in common is a dedication to equity in education and a rethinking of the systems that will lead to that.
